Community Service Scholarship

The Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island awards Community Service Scholarships to eligible students who demonstrate exemplary commitment to, and leadership in, community service.

Eligibility: This scholasrship is for high school seniors graduating in the spring who maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, and who live and/or attend high school on Bainbridge Island.*

Award amount: Awards this year may be up to $5,000.

Application deadline: Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 23:59 hrs (11:59 PM).

Interviews: Finalists will be invited to an in-person interview on Saturday, March 29, 2025.

* Applicants who have a Rotarian parent are not eligible for RCBI Scholarships. For these students, other ways to honor “Service Above Self” may be available such as the Paul Harris pin. Informal nominations can be submitted directly to the club’s Foundation Committee and can come from a variety of sources.
