We Need Your Help! Donation Drop-offs starts Friday, June 28 at 8:00 am.

Join your friends and neighbors at Bainbridge Island's most celebrated community event. Volunteers can come anytime between Friday and Wednesday, July 2; any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Check in at the volunteer desk the first time you come; you don't need to signup in advance, and you're welcome to work in any department in which you have an interest and there's a need.

Of course, we will need volunteers from Thursday, July 3 through Saturday, July 6, including the cleanup effort after the Sale. However, your efforts need to be closely coordinated by one of the Rotary Auction managers during this period. If you are able to help during this period, please speak with one of these during Donation Drop-offs.

Donations: Each year, more than 4,000 vehicles drop off an estimated 150,000 items for the Sale. If you have little-used-but-too-good-to-throw-away treasures, let us put them to good use. We'll sort, test, repair, clean, arrange, and price these items to make them as attractive and valuable as possible. However, remember that try as we might, we can't sell everything, so there are limits on what we can take, and we may ask for cash donations to help cover the cost of disposing of what we can't sell. Find more information here.

You Made a Difference: Whether you were a volunteer, donor, or shopper, you helped make last year's Sale the most successful in the event's 59 year history. The money you helped us raise lets the Rotary Club support community organizations, scholarships to our most deserving students, projects in the greater world community world community where we are making a difference, and a long list of major community projects. Please help us continue this storied tradition!
